Challenge Amount:
When creating or accepting a challenge each user will only able to play with the match limit on their account. This will be increased with more successful matches completed..
Challenge Limits:
The following list demonstrates how many matches users must compete in before their match limit is raised:

Editing Challenges:
Challenges can be edited only if they have not been accepted. Users can increase the challenge amount if they have the balance available. If they decrease the challenge amount, the difference will be credited back to their account.
Cancelling Challenges:
Challenges can only be cancelled before both users have accepted. The challenge will be returned to the open challenges pool and the opponents funds will be reimbursed.
Custom Rules:
Rules should be set when challenges are created. The user that accepts the challenge is agreeing to those specified rules.
No Best Out Of 3 Matches:
Unless set as a rule or agreed in the comments/rules box of the users challenge, no best out of 3 matches are allowed.
Confirming And Playing A Match:
When a challenge is accepted, the user who created the challenge will need to confirm within 1 hour that they are still able to play or the match will be cancelled and the challenge will be returned to the open challenges pool and the opponents funds will be reimbursed.
Reporting Results:
Users have 2 hours to report their results
If No Results Are Reported:
If neither users report a score within 2 hours of confirmation, they will both forfeit the match.
If Only One Player Reports A Result On Time:
The user that reported will receive the winnings or enable their opponent to receive the winnings..
No Parties:
You must not have any users other than your opponent in your online party whilst playing your match..
Match Types:
Matches should always be played one on one unless otherwise agreed. Both users can however play their match using for example a free for all or team death-match mode. You can play on the same or separate team as the highest scorer is always the winner.
Disconnecting Whilst Winning/Drawing:
If a user disconnects whilst winning or drawing they must arrange a rematch.
Disconnecting Whilst Losing:
If a user disconnects whilst losing they will forfeit the match..
Leaving Match During Play:
Any user who leaves a match during play whether winning or losing will forfeit the match unless they can arrange a rematch with their opponent before ANY results have been reported. Once any result is reported no rematch can take place..
Disputed Match:
If your challenge or tournament match goes into dispute, each user must provide evidence within 1 hour of the dispute arising or it may not be taken into account.
Accepted Evidence:
Evidence can consist of photos, screenshots, videos, links to livestreams or any other outright proof.
Dispute Resolved:
When a dispute has been resolved the successful users' Gaming Cellar account will be instantly credited.
Unresolved Dispute:
Any dispute that can't be resolved will result in each user receiving a refund minus our 10% commission fee.
Final Decision:
All decisions made by Gaming Cellar are final and can only be changed under our absolute discretion. All disputes will be resolved within 24hours although usually much sooner.
Cheating:
If any user is found to be dishonest or cheating they may be banned or suspended from our services.
Misleading:
If any user attempts to mislead Gaming Cellar in any way they may be banned or suspended from our services.
Multiple Disputes:
If any user has three disputes in any one month they may be banned or suspended from our services.
